1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service:

- Account information: name and email address.

- Supervisor information: name and address (entered by you for inclusion on reports).

 

We do not collect or store any protected health information (“PHI”). You are expressly prohibited from entering PHI into the Service.

 

We do not collect data from social media, third parties, or tracking cookies.

 

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to:

- Create and manage user accounts.

- Generate time-tracking reports and electronic signatures.

- Respond to support requests.

- Maintain the security and functionality of the Service.

 

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

 

3. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard cloud services (Google Firebase and other providers as needed). We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, but we continually monitor and update our systems to reduce risk.

 

4. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from within the Service or by emailing us at mylpchours@transferenz.com. When you delete your account, we permanently erase your identifiable information from active systems within 90 days, except where we must retain data to meet legal obligations.

 

5. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn we have received data from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.

 

6. Your Rights

You may:

- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.

- Withdraw consent for data processing.

- Request clarification about our data practices.

7. Third-Party Services

Payments and subscriptions for the Service are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and (for the web version) Stripe. We do not store or process your payment information directly. The respective privacy policies of these third-parties apply to any payment data.

 

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the Service, both the mobile app and via our website at https://mylpchours.com/privacy.

 

10. Data Storage and Residency

All data is securely stored and processed on servers located in the United States using Google Firebase infrastructure.

 

11. Data Export Rights

You may export your own activity logs and reports at any time within the Service.

 

12. Retention of Deleted Accounts

When a Service account is deleted, all personally identifiable data is erased from the Service within 90 days. Residual data may remain in encrypted system backups for a limited period but will not be accessible or used for any purpose.

 

13. Business Transitions

If the Service is acquired or merged with another entity, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.
