The Supervisor Name field label on the report now reflects the supervisor's actual license specified in Settings/Supervisors.
Supervisors can also now initial the report.
Changed the report's column headers labels to actually make sense.
Fixed an issue where the notes field could not be updated after saving an entry.
Fixed an issue where reports downloaded from within the app did not have the PDF extension.

Enhancements to the options for reports.
Users can now automatically generate reports by week, by day, or by entry.
Entry reports can include notes for direct and indirect hours in addition to notes for supervision sessions.

Updated to address an issue where the app is unable to identify the default mail app when emailing reports.

Limited the calculated total hours to only the month of the report.
